Automotive Title & Inventory Clerk

Our established family owned and operated Dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced Automotive Inventory Clerk for our growing dealership. The right candidate brings a friendly attitude along with experience, attention to detail and a team player attitude. We cross train in our office since we believe it is best to work as a team.  Works closely with the title clerk to ensure all paperwork is correct and all vehicles are titled correctly.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while performing the following job duties:
• Stock in all new and used vehicles.
• Post all units being transferred out of inventory.
• Post all wholesale sales.
• Make copies of tag work for the Sr. Title Clerk
• Update customer and payoff title due list
• Make payoffs for trade ins.
• Call on titles not received from vehicles we have paid off.
• Collect on payoff differences from customers.
• Cut checks for purchase units and collect titles.
• Send titles to auctions for wholesale units.
• Assign titles as requested/required.
• Add vehicles to floorplan as directed.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
