Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of products and brand is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
