Finance Assistant

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance team with deal processing and funding activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring deals are accurately prepared, submitted, and funded in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize deal jackets for submission to Accounting
• Review deals for completeness and accuracy prior to posting
• Assist with Contracts in Transit (CIT) management
• Identify and resolve held offerings or funding issues
• Work closely with Finance Managers and Accounting to ensure deals are funded promptly
• Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding items
• Maintain organized and accurate records of deal activity
• Support the Finance department with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience preferred (Finance, Accounting, or Office roles)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and systems
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
• Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
